MGAC has been engaged by Multiplex to help deliver across all stages of the $1.5B New Footscray Hospital, the largest ever health infrastructure in Victoria.
Set for completion in 2025, the new facility has been designed by Cox Architecture and Billard Leece Partnership to include more than 500 inpatient beds, acute facilities, specialist facilities, grounds, gardens and associated site and external infrastructure as well as approximate 5000 sqm of dedicated Victorian University research and education space.

MGAC worked with Multiplex, Health Infrastructure and Woods Bagot on this project. We provided access consulting services from concept through to construction to deliver the new Clinical Services Building. Royal North Shore Hospital (RNSH) provides an additional 29,000 square metres of health services to the campus.

MGAC worked with Health Infrastructure and Kane Constructions from schematic design through to construction for the BMDH. The hospital provides high-level inpatient and outpatient services, with a capacity to manage complex patients who require specialist acute care.
