Accessibility in built environments is an essential part of the planning and design process for commercial construction.


Our team works closely with architects and developers to ensure each project design complies with the necessary accessibility requirements. We also look for every opportunity to integrate Universal Design principles, elevating the accessibility of the final building and making it suitable for any occupant, regardless of ability.

Barangaroo International Towers Sydney

The development of Barangaroo is a prominent collaboration between the NSW Government and Lendlease. From a disused container terminal on the edge of Sydney’s CBD, it has been transformed into a spectacular 22 hectare, $6+ billion waterfront precinct.

MGAC worked with Lendlease during planning stages, design development, construction documentation and construction sign off.

National Australia Bank Melbourne

MGAC worked with Brookfield Properties to design and construct a 39 storey commercial office building located at 405 Bourke Street, Melbourne.


Scheduled: 2021

Wynyard Place Melbourne

MGAC worked with Multiplex from concept design through to construction for this world class commercial building over station development.


Scheduled: 2021

Telstra Tower Melbourne

MGAC is working with Charter Hall to investigate design options to redevelop the commercial building at 242 Exhibition Street, Melbourne.


Status: In progress

Metro Martin Place Sydney

We are currently working with Lendlease and numerous top-tier architects to design and construct both north and south commercial towers and railway station.
